Located across from the west entrance to Hulston Hall on the Mel Carnahan Quadrangle this garden features several species of phlox. Among these are Red Creeping Phlox (Phlox subulata 'Red Wings'), cultivars of Sweet William (Phlox divaricata), and several selections of garden phlox (Phlox paniculata), including Phlox Red Riding Hood, Laura, David and Nicki. Other plants include English Rose Mundi (Rosa gallica officinalis 'Mundi'), Royal Candle Veronica (Veronica spicata 'Royal Candles') and Ellie Astilbe (Astilbe japonica 'Ellie').
